REFLECTION ON LEARNING
What am I learning?
I learned about problem solving. Identifying and defining IT-related problems. Analyzing problems systematically and logically. Applying critical thinking to develop effective solutions. Then, about innovation and creativity. It is encouraging creative thinking to generate new ideas and approaches. Applying creativity to design innovative IT solutions. Lastly, I learned about decision making. Evaluating multiple options and making informed decisions. Considering potential impacts and consequences of IT decisions.

Why am I learning it?
I learned this to equip myself with the skills needed to navigate the complexities of the field, make informed decisions, innovate, and contribute to the ethical use of technology. Moreover, these skills are not only relevant to my academic pursuits but also play an important role in shaping my future success in the IT industry.

What did I learn about this project?
I have learned and know about technical skills and how to encountering challenges in designing and optimization prompted me to adopt a systematic problem-solving approach. I applied the strategy to break down complex issues into manageable components, facilitating effective troubleshooting and resolution.

REFLECTION ON LEARNING GOALS
•How did I know that I was making progress toward my goals?
I established clear for each learning goal. Positive feedback or constructive criticism served as valuable markers of progress. Successfully completing learning activities, assignments, or assessments indicated progress. Achieving set targets within specified timeframes affirmed that I was moving in the right direction. The ability to apply newly acquired knowledge in practical situations or projects demonstrated meaningful progress.

What is helping me reach my goals?
I have implementing a well-organized schedule to learning activities. Prioritizing tasks based on their significance to my learning objectives. Seeking guidance from instructors, and communities contributed to a more comprehensive understanding. Collaborating with peers for group projects and shared insights enhanced my understanding of challenging concepts.

What is preventing me from reaching my goals?
It is about poor time management helps me mitigate this challenge. Unclear understanding of certain concepts or learning goals creates obstacles. External distractions, such as notifications, social media or environmental factors, disrupt concentration make me prevent from reaching my goals.

REFLECTION ON GROUP DYNAMICS
How did my peers help me to reach my goals?
Throughout the collaborative project, my peers shared their knowledge on specific topics, providing each other's insights. All members engage in group discussions allowing us to tackle difficult problems. Peers provided constructive feedback on my work, pointing out areas for improvement and suggesting alternative approaches. Within the group we will create open communication in order to foster an environment where questions and doubts are welcome. This facilitates a deeper understanding of the subject because we can freely discuss concepts that need clarification.

How did my peers encourage me to keep going when I was stuck?
My peers are always willing to offer help when I have problems when doing work. Their support plays an important role in overcoming obstacles. Despite the hardships, they appreciated the effort I put into the task. Additionally, a strong team spirit means we face challenges together. Peers actively seek ways to distribute tasks based on individual strengths, ensuring each team member contributes effectively.

REFLECTION ON CRITICAL & CREATIVE THINKING
•What am I good at?
I successfully use creative thinking to generate innovative solutions and solve problems. I can also suggest new ideas related to the given task. In addition, it is easy to adapt to the evolving needs of the project. I am also good at communicating in groups. My communication skills can contribute to a successful collaboration.

What are my limitations?
I feel less confident when I want to take risks. Consider how a more risk-averse mindset can contribute to problem solving. Next, I faced challenges in conveying technical concepts. Consider ways to improve your communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Time also limits me. The short time makes it difficult for me to do a good job, this makes my work result may not be very good.

What made me really think?
To consider projects and assignments that require creative thinking due to unique or innovative requirements. It's hard to find a way to approach the creative side of this project. I'm always thinking of ways to consider collaborative projects involving individuals with different skill sets. Reflecting on how to work with people from different disciplines challenges my thinking.

How did I learn when I made mistakes?
I will outline the mistakes I have made and I will take steps to understand what went wrong. Next, I will focus on getting feedback after making a mistake. Consider how feedback from peers or lecturers contributes to your learning and improvement. In addition, I will make corrections when there are mistakes I make in the assignment. I was able to adapt my approach and I was able to learn from the experience.

REFLECTION ON DEVELOPMENT OF SOFT-SKILLS
•What did I feel when I was not successful?
Of course I will feel sad when the task I do is not successful but I will identify the situation and face the challenge calmly. I will consider situations where my expectations are not met. So, from now on I will be more careful and be able to accept it well. Also, I would feel worried about the effect of not being successful in the learning process. It reflects any concerns related to the learning process and the results.

•How did I handle things not going as planned?
I will reflect on myself to dissect the factors that contribute to the lack of success. Need to examine my decisions, actions and strategies to identify areas for improvement. I will get feedback from lecturers, and peers. Accepting constructive criticism to improve my skills. Next, prioritize open communication with peers. Collaboration becomes a source of support, with shared insights contributing to collective problem-solving thinking. Finally, I will treat mistakes as valuable learning opportunities. Incorporate lessons learned into future efforts, ensuring a continuous cycle of improvement.

OTHER REFLECTIONS
What I really like about this course
I like this course because the course content is interesting, covering various topics in Information Technology that are in line with trends and progress. The material has sparked my curiosity and enthusiasm to explore various aspects of the field. In addition, I like this course because I get lecturers who like to give feedback in assignments. This makes us as students know where the weaknesses are. On the other hand, having the opportunity to do group activities fosters the spirit of teamwork and learning together. Working with peers has not only expanded my knowledge but also provided insight into different work styles. The support and guidance from the instructor is one of the reasons why I like this course. With a willingness to clarify doubts and provide additional resources.

Some things that I really need to work on NOW
I need to improve my time management skills to ensure efficient completion of assignments and projects. Implementing strategies such as setting realistic deadlines and prioritizing tasks will help address these challenges. Also, identifying and focusing on specific technical areas where I feel less confident is important. I should invest time in additional practice, finding additional resources and getting help will contribute to increasing technical efficiency. Finally, it is necessary to strengthen cooperation and teamwork skills to contribute effectively to group projects. Actively seeking opportunities for group activities and learning from successful team dynamics will be beneficial.

•Some things that I could do to improve myself in the future
I will build a professional network in the Information Technology community is a valuable aspect for future improvement. Actively participating in industry events, joining online forums and connecting with professionals will open doors to new opportunities and perspectives. Additionally, I can develop leadership skills for effective project management and team coordination is a future focus. Taking a leadership role in group projects will contribute to this goal.

One thing that I will remember forever about this project
I will remember the moment when my group and I made a paper prototype project together. The implementation of innovative solutions in this will be a lasting memory. The experience of overcoming challenges, applying critical and creative thinking, and witnessing the successful integration of solutions will be a reminder of the impact of perseverance and ingenuity in the IT field.
